Second round of playtests done, the game delivers on its core fantasy. Reworking the starter adventure map, then balancing, then print.
Northpyre
The first Northpyre campaign recently ended after about a dozen sessions. It culminated in the PCs inventing smelting and trapping fire spirits in gold to forge a new Sun. The young loresinger sacrificed himself to carry it across the sky. That’s the origin of the Sun.
The Moon Is an Annoyance
Playtests going well. The playtesters called it “radiopunk” – clunky, heavy, noisy, barely works. Advanced low-tech hard sci-fi. They survived their mission, but said one more problem at any point and things would have gone sideways fast.
